Refund policy

General conditions of return for all products

 

Incomplete order/Product missing: If you did not receive a product in your package or find that the product is missing, please write to the customer support team of Path Explorers at pathexplorer.001@gmail.com with your order number within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. No claims/complaints made after 48 hours post receipt shall be entertained. Upon investigation and acceptance of your claim, Path Explorers will dispatch a new product or provide you with a refund or a coupon code or refund to the original mode of payment (as preferred by you). Any claims made beyond 48 hours shall not be accepted.

 

Package status is RTO or Return to origin:

In case the package is Returned to Origin, please write to us at pathexplorer.001@gmail.com with your order number. In case the return is made without any delivery attempt, Path Explorers will reship your goods at no added cost. In case the package is returned to origin due to incomplete address / wrong contact number/ customer refusal / customer out of town / incorrect pin code, Path Explorers provides the option of a reshipment at an additional shipping cost of Rs. 80/- in order to reship the goods, to the same or an alternate address. In case you do not wish to reship your package, a refund would be made to your original payment method after the deduction of Rs.80/- as shipping charges. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) returns, COD charges of Rs.50/- shall not be applicable for refunds. Please note refunds are not applicable on customised products: you will have to pay for reshipping in such case as these products are made to order.

 

Returns and exchanges are not applicable on the following categories: Customised Badges, Wedding Badges, Enamel Pins, Baby Shower Badges and Womens day Badges, Stickers, Posters, Embroidered Patches, and Notebooks. A 10% difference may occur in screen color and print color due to screen brightness.  The above mentioned categories shall only be applicable for return/exchange incase the product is received in damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect. Path Explorers shall in no way provide any refunds for products that are used or damaged by the buyer. 

 

Intellectual Property

Any and all intellectual property rights associated with the Website and its contents as made available by Path Explorers are the sole property of Path Explorers and/or its affiliates. You may not copy, imitate, reproduce, modify, amend, lease, loan, sell and/or create derivative works from, upload, transmit, and/or distribute any of the contents of the Website in any form or manner without the prior permission of Path Explorers and/or its affiliates, as the case may be. Except as expressly provided herein, Path Explorers does not grant any express or implied rights to the intellectual property over the contents of the Website. By uploading content to or submitting any materials for use on the Web Site, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) Path Explorers a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use.

 

Termination:

You agree that Path Explorers, at its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your use of the Website, at any time and for any or no reason at its sole discretion, even if access and use continue to be allowed to others. You agree that Path Explorers shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any termination or suspension of your access to the Website. Path Explorers reserves its right to initiate proceedings in accordance with the law against any direct or indirect attack on Path Explorers, its owners, employees or third-party contractors and freelancers. 

 

Limitation of Liability:

Path Explorers shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, liability, claims, or damage of any kind arising out of your use of the Website. Path Explorers shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, corrective, exemplary or any other form of damages that is caused by (or connected with) your use of, or your inability to use, this Website on any basis whatsoever. Your remedies are limited to those provided herein to the degree that such limitations are permitted by the law.

 

Governing law and jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Website has been made available to you on an as-is basis. Path Explorers hereby disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, and including but not limited to non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, and merchantability. No representations and/or warranties are made to you concerning the accuracy or completeness of any of the content uploaded by Path Explorers on the Website. No information obtained by you from the Website shall create any warranty not expressly stated by Path Explorers.

 

General:

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy of Path Explorers https://pathexplorers.in/privacy-policy/  by incorporation hereto, and consent to the continuous use and processing of Personal Data by Path Explorers for the purposes specified therein. Path Explorers is not responsible for any compromise of Personal Data caused by breach of the Website or otherwise. You may not assign these Terms of Use or any of your interests, rights or obligations under these Terms of Use. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. You waive any other requirement for these Terms of Use to be proved by means of a written document.
